At Alco, there is nothing we hold dearer than the health and safety of our customers, employees, families and the community we serve.

As the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to unfold, we wanted to proactively let you know that we are closely monitoring the ever-changing developments while rigorously  following the guidance and guidelines provided by the Ottawa Public Health (OPH), the Ontario Ministry of Health (OMH), the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). We do this for the health of all and to ensure we can safely continue to bring our industry-leading service to you.

Here are just a few of the measures we have implemented during this challenging time:

  • An Alco COVID-19 taskforce dedicated to monitoring, discussing and implementing solutions to ensure business continuity for our customers and the safety of our staff
  • Constant communication with our suppliers to ensure we have as many supplies as possible in order to continue servicing our customers
  • Built-in redundancy across all our operations to ensure that members of our management team are knowledgably up to date with business continuity plans and compliance

At present, we continue to provide our full range of services without interruption. Should that change, we will keep you updated with our efforts and future developments.
